Super line-up for The Dutch Masters

The line-up for the international showjumping classes of The Dutch Masters (9-12 March) is final and online. The list features 44 riders from 13 countries, including 21 riders from the top 30 in the current world rankings.

Austria's Max Kühner, who won the 2021 Rolex Grand Prix with Elektric Blue P will also have a shot at victory this year. Belgium comes to the Brabanthallen with as many as six riders: Pieter Devos, Jérôme Guery, Gudrun Patteet, Olivier Philippaerts, Gilles Thomas and Wilm Vermeir. The previously announced Julien Epaillard from France will be joined by compatriots Simon Delestre and Kevin Staut. Young talents Joseph Stockdale and Harry Charles and Scott Brash will represent Great Britain. Germany is also sending a heavy delegation: Christian Ahlmann, Daniel Deusser, Marcus Ehning, Janne Friederike Meyer-Zimmermann, Gerrit Nieberg, the winner of the 2022 CHIO Aachen Rolex Grand Slam Major, and Philipp Weishaupt. For Switzerland, Martin Fuchs and Steve Guerdat will start. Sweden comes with two heavyweights: Peder Fredricson, who won a team gold medal at the Olympics (2021) and World Championships (2022) and Henrik von Eckermann, the reigning world champion. Of course, the current 'live contender' for the Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping is not missing, American McLain Ward.

Dutch
Fourteen Dutch riders are on the entry list led by Harrie Smolders and Maikel van der Vleuten, ranked No. 4 and No. 8 in the world respectively. In addition, Jeroen Dubbeldam, Kim Emmen, Willem Greve, Marc Houtzager, Loewie Joppen, Lars Kersten, Piet Raijmakers Jr, Tom Schellekens, VDL rider Leopold van Asten, Jens van Grunsven and Jur Vrieling will uphold the Dutch honour.
