Olivier Philippaerts wins Audi Prize
The Philippaerts family feels at home in ’s-Hertogenbosch. Yesterday Nicola Philippaerts won the Gemeente ’s-Hertogenbosch Prize and today it was his brother Olivier’s turn to win first prize. Of a total starting field of 44 combinations in the Audi Prize, a Table A 1.55m, ten stayed clear and qualified for the jump-off. The difference between Olivier Philippaerts and H&M Legend of Love and the runners-up British Scott Brash and Hello Guv’Nor was only small, 0,17 seconds. Third place went to Rolf-Göran Bengtsson from Sweden with Clarimo ASK. Holland’s Ruben Romp finished in fourth place with Audi’s Teavanta II C Z.
